solving. Collaboration with process engineers, safety coordinators, and schedulers to execute and

Efficiently applied size adhesive to product while collaborating with quality control to maintain
accurate size, height and quality appearance. Set up, monitor and adjustment of line speeds and

Cloth Finishing Rewind Operator
Inspection and correction of cloth finished product, removal of any defects or coating
appearance issues to assure quality control and specifications.

2. Steelworker Local 17, Financial Trustee
Quarterly evaluation of all financial records, including all trustee and treasury records
balanced appropriately. Negotiated contracts between Saint-Gobain Abrasives and Local 17
union workers.
