WORK EXPERIENCE
CNC Machinist
Invensys/RobertShaw Controls Company- WestPlains,MO - September 2012 to Present
Responsible for the operations of CNC machineryto mill raw castings into parts for gas valves. These parts
produced are for commercial/home use builtinto water heaters, ovens and refrigeration units.The machinery
operated include Brothers TC- 32 A/B 's,Chirons FZ-08W's,Shimadas 26-I6's,Mori lathe,Mazak lathe, Fadal
processor and five Fanuc Robotic Arms.Other instruments usedincludea number ofdifferentgages,calipers,
micrometers,surface analyzers,testers and dial indicators.Operations also include setup ofmachinery,tool
placement and teaching, programs, offsets, blue prints, deviations, inventory tracking and recording. Due to
our plant operations moving to Mexico, I am also training the Hispanic engineers and operators on our CNC
equipment. Update… As of October 2nd, 2015, my employment at Robert Shaw Controls Company will be
discontinued due to our all CNC machines will be in Mexico and the closing of the plant is close to the final
date.

Repairing and maintaining fences, building and removal of fencing, maintaining cattle waterers including
plumbing procedures to rebuild waterers and water lines to and from water sources.Daily jobs also included
the movement of cattle and hay baling operations. Other jobs included the building of metal corrals and
irrigation systems, landscaping/mowing, tree cutting, carpentry, welding and concrete work. Tools and
machinery used included and assortment of hand tools, welders, fencing equipment, chainsaws, operations
of tractors, backhoes,skid steer,dump truck and front end loaders.
Maintenance Technician- Setup
Tyson Foods Inc. - Rogers,AR - July 2008 to June 2010
Setup and daily preventive maintenance on the machines used in the packaging offrozen poultry and beef
in a 40 degree environment.The use of hand and power tools,lock out/tag out procedures,forklifts and
scissor - lifts were required to repair all machinery.
Plastics Extrusion Operator
Cryovac Food Packaging - Rogers,AR - March 2005 to October 2007
Responsible for the manufacturing ofplastic films for food/meatproducts in a team environment.Working with
computerized programs,multiple extruders,and assortmentofdies,radiation technologyand bubble-blowing
techniques to create film sizes thatare transferred onto rolls.Radiation equipmentand forkliftlicenses a must.
I was also a member ofthe human resources committee.

Responsible for the repair and performance of machinery used in the production of plastic foam - molded
products. Work included repairing electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems used in high injection mold
extruders,air brush assemblypaintlines,electricalpower systems outputs and laser-guidedpunch machines.
Pressure Seal/Collator Operator
Central States/Multiplex Inc - Dewey, OK - May 1988 to May 2003
Responsible for the setup and operation of one of the first self-mailer pressure-seal machines in the United
States and also the operation of numerous types of collators to produce high quality business forms. I also
operated numerous other machines for the production of business forms and designed operational and
procedural manuals for the pressure-seal machine. I was also a member of the quality control board.
Machinery also included the forklift and stand-up forklift.
