An entrepreneur is someone who starts a business and takes on the financial risk, organizing and managing the business to sell products or services for a profit. Successful entrepreneurs are hard working, creative, honest, persistent, caring, confident, and knowledgeable. Buyers are individuals or organizations that agree to purchase finished goods or services, or raw materials for production. Sellers are individuals or groups that transfer ownership of goods or services to buyers in exchange for money, acting as vendors, creditors, dealers, or suppliers. The duties of sellers include conducting business fairly, delivering orders on time and to the correct location, and providing warranties for products.

2. ENTREPRENEUR
An entrepreneur is someone who
is willing to put up the capital needed to set
up a business fully aware of the risks
involved. It is he or she who plans,
organizes, and manages the business,
hires the people to help run it, and ensures
that the product or service being offered is
sold at a reasonable profit in order to earn.

features.

services.

needed for production

5. Sellers
• Persons or group of persons who transfer
goods and services to the buyers in exchange
for money.
• Persons who offer things to buyers in return of
something which most of the time is money.
• Vendors creditors, dealers, merchants and
suppliers who dispose things in return for
money
