Team: IBP-S&OP (Sales and Operation Planning) module in Supply Chain Management.
Project Description:
 Developed the price submission template by using VBA macros, the objective of price submission template is
creating the price lines based on the conditions and price data will send to SFDC data base.
 IBP is a source Data base, will get the key figures and Key figure values from the IBP data base.
 We have the IBP Add-In in excel and user can selecttemplates from IBP Add-In, then the data automatically will
fetch into excel sheet through the EPM formulas.
 PriceSubmission templateis consistthedetails of Key FigureName, KF values,Time period Startand End dates,
Partner ID, Basic Material ID, Sales Item ID, Currency, Technical weeks etc.
 In code part we developed two main functions: 1. Copy to Last Submitted and 2.Price Submit to SFDC. Under
the main function we have more sub functions and also we created two command buttons and assigned the
main functions.
 Copy to Last Submitted: Once user click on the Copy to Last Submitted button then code will do the validations
like currency validation in planning level and partner level, Partner ID validation, Basic Material ID validation,
Technical week validation and Quarter logic validation.
 Price Submit to SFDC: If user don't want to check the last submitted values, then user can directly click on
submit to SFDC button. After code will do the two validationslikeCopy to Last Submitted and Price Submit to
SFDC.
 Price lines will create based on the partner conditions and VBA code will send price l ines to SFDC.

 Developed SIG template by usingthe VBA macros,the objective of SIG template is allocatingequal quantity
from Region level to Account and Market Unit levels.
 VBA code will check thecombination of partner and model level.code will check conditionslikeRegion Quantity
not less then Account and market unit Qty. IF less then user will get popup message the allocation of Quantity
is having more than Region Quantity and please re-allocate Account and market Unit Quantity.

Service/Support Level for a particular duration.
 Once quote will createin oracle(EBS), then integrate the quotes in to SFDC and will givequote visible
access to Sales rep and Partners.
 Once customer accept the quote then sales rep will submitthe request to booking team to book the
order.
