Summary:
It is an Internet based product. This solution will automate status updations between the
employees. This is the project where the employee can submit his daily status. And corresponding
authority will view his status of particular employee. And each employee can view his previous status
also. Whenever employee submits his status, a mail will go to his corresponding authority. And lead can
view his status either by login into the app or by email he received. In this project the Modules are
registrations, employee, mail generating. Registrations Module where the employee login first time,
he/she has to enter all the details such as empid, name reporting person etc. and then password will be
sent to his mail id ,then he can login into as an employee and enter the status.
Responsibilities:
 Creation of Visual Force page and Apex classes.

Summary:
It is an integrated information/management for healthcare establishments, addressing all critical
areas of health care activity. This system deals with the automation of various functions like
Inpatient Management, Outpatient Management, Pharmacy, Clinical Access and Order Entry
Result Reporting. With this system, we can perform lot of functionalities, which will be
beneficial to the patient and the doctor. All the patient's history will be maintained in the
database pertaining to that Hospital provided a Patient ID. A Doctor can know to how many
patients he needs to do diagnosis. The doctor perfectly provided his details could diagnose a
Patient. Bills and Pharmacy work can be done by placing the Orders by Doctors and giving
reports to the Patients.
