condition. Discovered the area of improvement in the reporting of KPI Booklet in terms of Visualization, Time
Consumption. Earlier, the Booklet consisted of the Data and few Graphs of all the KPIs. Later on, developed a heat
map of the Major KPIs which helped the account to understand the key focus areas of the Business.
