This document contains a teacher's practicum portfolio for the school year 2020-2021. It includes various artifacts required by the Learning Delivery Modality course for teachers, such as individual learning monitoring plans, lesson plans, teacher-made learning resources, and certificates of participation in professional development activities. Each artifact is accompanied by an annotation linking it to a relevant professional teaching standard. The portfolio also contains optional self-selected artifacts like videos demonstrating engagement with learners, colleagues, and stakeholders, along with their annotations. The portfolio is intended to document the teacher's work and professional growth over the course of the school year.

ANNOTATION:
I contacted the parents of my students and let them know the status of their children. I
made sure to record in the ILMP the intervention that I am planning. That is to give them
Learning Activity Sheet.

3.4. Learners in difficult circumstances
ANNOTATION:
Some of the parents find it hard to make sure that their children is working on their
module specially here that some students are helping their parents in their livelihood. To
make sure that students have time to work on their modules, I made WHLP and give it to
their parents together with the modules to help them keep on track on their modules.

In this reflection, I stated the importance of the LDM course on me as a teacher.
This LDM course helps us realize our strengths and weaknesses specially now
that we are in pandemic. It helps us determine on where we need to develop
more and let us improve more on what we already know. And let us see where
we fail as a teacher. It also help us realize that we need to keep our artifacts so
that we can be ready anytime it is needed.
