I am a consulting council member for Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG). The last two years, I have consulted on Highway Lighting retro–fits and Weather
Station deployments. I am an active member of the Olympia Beekeepers Association and earned my apprenticeship certification. Working toward a
journeyman status, on a Pollinator Awareness project, my outreach group and I established contact and negotiated the installation of bee hives at the
Olympia Airport. We installed two hives and have since maintained them. Current collaborative effort is advertising and auctioning our honey, and
proceeds are being donated in support of SafePlace, a local woman's shelter. On another outreach front, I developed and facilitated a Pollinator
Awareness briefing for the Squaxin Island Tribe'sCommunity Garden team and communication continues.

My experiences developing stewardship give me a unique understanding of the challenges entailed. Nevertheless, my belief in staff capabilities and
acceptance of staff generated ideas can activate ownership. For a WSDOT crew meeting, I formulated a presentation based on, Leadership
Effectiveness Training (Gordon, 1977), and facilitated a crew discussion around participative management. As a work group we generated a list of

In recent years, I have realized that my father portrays similar characteristics; he is strong, fast–paced, always wants his way and gets frustrated if he
cannot achieve his goals, but still understands others' emotions and tries to make up for his mistakes. However, I realized that such personality

I know and I have been told that I am a kind and sympathetic person, because I love to help people and put a smile on their faces. Even when someone

Personal characteristics lead to the development of the personality of an individual. As a female, my routine in each week as well as all my activities,
help to develop my personality. I am an international student from China, and my everyday plans help define the exact personality I possess. My

These types of laws are there because someone else says that it is wrong to do these things. Trying to prevent supposedly wrong things from

I was taught to be caring and thoughtful; I wasn't taught anything else from anyone other than not to trust people. I'm the odd ball of my family

can be tricky and trying to change an individual's personality is near impossible. Business managers have the task of implementing a leadership style
