2. INTRODUCTION Foreign policy is generally designed to help protect a country's national interests, national security, ideological goals and economic prosperity. The 20th century, the importance of foreign policy, now in almost every form of interaction in some foreign countries, the rapid rise of another world. Foreign policy approach and the goal is to establish and maintain with other countries and other lands in the relationship is very important. Tun Abdul Razak was succeeded Tunku Abdul Rahamas the second Prime Minister of Malaysia, heading the country from 1970 to 1976.
