● Presbyterian Senior Care: Provided clinical nutrition care to residents of skilled nursing facility
● Leechburg School District: Administered a special menu item and conducted quality assurance survey
● Butler County WIC: Assessed adult and pediatric nutrition status and provided nutrition education through
counselling and educational handouts to improve health outcomes
● Power Up: Pitched “Power Up Library” project to staff; detailing its contents, where, and how it would be
