Ana Cristina
graduated from Belas Artes in 1987.
She is a founder of the Collegium
Cantorum and created the ‘Gato na
Tuba’ project in Piaraquara 7 years ago
where she has worked ever since.
The project has 110 children and
teenagers singing in a choir and string
orchestra.
Renate Weiland
Renate has a masters in Music in the
context of Social Development and a
PhD in the same subject awarded by
UFPR. She has over 20 years teaching
experience and founded the musica no
Bairro project where she teaches and
manages the pedagogy of 80 children.
Alexandre Razera
was a member of the Berlin Philharmonic
Orchestra for 7 years where he played
under conductors such as Sir Simon
Rattle, Daniel Harding and Claudio
Abbado. He is a pedagogical expert with
a wide Range of experience in São Paulo
and Curitiba working in musical education
projects with underprivileged children.
Rafael Ferronato
Professor of Music at the Federal
University of Parana, with a masters in
performance in Violin at the University
of Georgia (USA) Currently completing
a doctorate at the same institution with
a focus on pedagogical method in violin
teaching.
