Letter of Recommendation

To whom it may concern,
This letter is a recommendation for Carina Andersson, who worked at Micro
Systemation (MSAB) as a Marketing & Communications Coordinator between 6th
February and 7th
November 2012.
Carina came to the company from the International Business School in Stockholm
where she had been studying Marketing & International Exports. Her application
in English to the company was extremely well presented and reflected her
considerable experience and language skills. It was well presented to grab the
attention of a busy Marketing Director who receives many similar applications
each year.
Carina immediately displayed the correct characteristics required in the business
world, full of enthusiasm and motivation to become a key member of the
Marketing Department within the company. It is an excellent refection of her
dedication and commitment that Carina was willing to work with us during the
first three months as part of an internship. This gave us an excellent opportunity
to assess her skills firsthand and as result we offered her a paid position on
contract within the company for a further six months.
Carina is an enthusiastic person with a warm personality and a real passion to
get involved and help people in an organization. She has shown a keen
understanding of the critical issues and helped us by highlighting weaknesses
with the internal administration of the company. Her involvement with the
implementation of an automated marketing leads system into the company CRM
system was invaluable.
During her time with MSAB Carina has been involved in a full spectrum of
marketing co-ordination work including handling graphic design requirements,
exhibition equipment, product sheet design and language translations of these
materials. Carina has also worked with SharePoint to update our internal Intranet
system and provided numerous items of material for circulation through our
social media marketing channels.

Her function includes supporting Area Sales Managers globally and creating
targeted marketing mailshots for their individual needs. As such Carina has
demonstrated excellent communication skills in explaining processes and
procedures to new and existing staff within the company.
Another good example of her invaluable assistance was with the Swedish ISP who
control exports of dual use products sold by MSAB. Carina assisted us with
creating a routine and completing applications for individual companies and
ensuring all the appropriate paperwork was completed on time for customers.
Throughout her time with us she has demonstrated a desire to assist, support
and help people. She is particularly skilled in ensuring things are done correctly
in accordance with required procedures and ensuring other staff are aware of
their responsibilities.
It is unfortunate that MSAB is unable to offer Carina a full time position due to
the current economic climate. In the circumstances however I confidently offer
my full recommendation for her and I am happy to be a reference.
