Govert definitely belongs to that group and has carried out coachings and leadership
consulting tasks such as team building on this level. The client feedback is
overwhelming positive, even with clients who have very high expectations.
Not only that he is able to carry out coachings in three different languages fluently,
given his broad business background, he is able to understand the implications of
industry specific challenges for the coachee in depth. This is one of his trust building
assets apart from this intercultural dynamic know-how, which was also a great added
value in the international coaching projects he carried out for Heidrick & Struggles.
Govert, as a person, is of high energy and has a very high degree of emotional
intelligence. His open style using candor with respect has been reported in my
feedback conversations with clients.
Govert has mainly worked in coachings, team building activities, but he is also
capable and we are just carrying out a project on a large scale level, where different
forms of interventions are needed.
