Market Areas
Sweden is separated into two geographies,
Stockholm and Rest of Sweden.
Microsoft Dynamics and NetSuite are
separated into a cross border P&L driven
by a combination of traditional
consulting/project/ application management
business but with a clear ambition to
leverage own IP and partner relationships.
Itch East remains in establishment phase
and will be kept a separated operations
and P/L. Market Areas are measured
consolidate, i.e. including regional P&L
from Global Platforms and itch.
Service Areas
A Service Are owns the development
roadmaps for the Services included.
Teams will be virtual, with resources from
regions appointed as Service Owners with
cross-regional responsibility. The Service
Area also secure competence networks
and supporting cross geography
establishment of services.
Strategic Programs and Key Deals
The responsibility for the Strategic Program
portfolio. To drive a Strategic Program, a
talented colleague is assigned to the role
for a 1-2-year period. In addition specific
large deals or cross border customers are
managed though a small team of
engagement leaders.
