partner in the newly founded
UniFi with the strategic goal
of expanding the reach of
the operation both in small
businesses and in the
community. UniFi has worked
with over 9,000 vendors to fund more than 85,000 transactions totaling over
$1 billion. The makeup of the organization includes an experienced team of
veterans averaging 22 years of experience with the company. “We offer our
clients unparalleled products and services and UniFi is uniquely positioned to
dominate in a largely underserved market” - RJ Grimshaw
UniFi experienced a 228% increase in funding after 6 months of using Cardone University
on a daily basis with organization leadership and the sales staff.

Challenge
With the outside funding from the Bank
of Ann Arbor coming to UniFi, also came
expectations of massive business growth.
The challenge was to provide impactful
training to a seasoned sales team that
allowed for personal development to
take place in bite-sized chunks daily as
opposed to quarterly off-site training
that carried with it greater expense and
scalability limitations.
Results
After 6 months of daily consistent training,
UniFi’s team was able to increase their sales
from $13 million in 2013 to $35 million in sales
in 2014. Total sales for Q1 2015 already exceed
$22 million.
The group has built a scalable training platform
for the success of their salespeople as their
company grows that can be accessed 24/7 from
their home, the office, and on any tablet
or smartphone.
With daily training, and full accountability for all
training activity the UniFi is poised for their run
to $100,000,000 in sales in 2015.
Approach
Once it was determined that Cardone
University was the best-suited solution
for the needs of the staff, a daily training
program was created for the Leadership
and Sales Staff.
Each day the sales staff was required
to interact with 2 sales lessons within
the platform. In addition, managers led
skill focused sales meetings using a
proprietary Cardone process for training
that delivers retention rates 4x higher
than traditional training methods.

UniFi Sales Increase 265% After Daily Cardone University Training

The challenge was to provide impactful training to a seasoned sales team that allowed for personal development to take place in bite-sized chunks daily as opposed to quarterly off-site training that carried with it greater expense and scalability limitations. Results After 6 months of daily consistent training, UniFi’s team was able to increase their sales from $13 million in 2013 to $35 million in sales in 2014. Total sales for Q1 2015 already exceed $22 million. The group has built a scalable training platform for the success of their salespeople as their company grows that can be accessed 24/7 from their home, the office, and on any tablet or smartphone. With daily training, and full accountability for all training activity the UniFi is poised for their run to $100,000,000 in sales in 2015. Approach Once it was determined that Cardone University was the best-suited solution for the needs of the staff, a daily training program was created for the Leadership and Sales Staff. Each day the sales staff was required to interact with 2 sales lessons within the platform. In addition, managers led skill focused sales meetings using a proprietary Cardone process for training that delivers retention rates 4x higher than traditional training methods.
