I just invested 3 minutes and 45 seconds of my wannabe Ted Talk on a song from a movie? Here’s why: 100% exactly why - my intention today is to give you a couple simple tools to level up and maximize your potential.
Who’s seen this move? The Greatest Showman (raise your hands)
This is the story of PT Barnum set to music - when I saw it, all I knew was it was about PT Barnum and had Hugh Jackman - imagine my surprise when people started singing and dancing - BUT it ELEVATED me and it will elevate you too, IF you allow it...

First, we need to make a decision. Let’s define the word. [READ THE DEFINITION] Which means what….? Mean’s something happened - we thought about it and made a decision
So, for example when a patient says your price is too high, YOU have a decision to make about what that means and how you will handle it… follow?
From the moment the alarm goes off to the time you go to sleep you’re making this decision constantly…
This is how Grant Cardone opened our 10X Growth Con in Feb. By asking this one vital question. Are you going to expand or contract?
Because being here is an expansion activity… give yourself a round of applause for being here…
AND here’s the best part...
Lyrics from the film [READ THE LYRICS} Finish this song: Row, Row, Row your boat… merrily, merrily, merrily…
If life is but a dream… then what limits do we have?
Are you going to expand into this thing we call life or are you going to contract?
THIS IS YOUR LIFE! Who are you? You’re not a doctor, you’re not a chiropractor, you’re not a salesperson, you’re none of that
YOU are an infinite being having a temporary human experience.
The Universe is expanding - why would you ever want to go against that much force? AND Speaking of DREAMS...
How often do you write your goals down? GOALS: BIG FAT JUICY ONE’S attached to DAILY ACTIONS: 3 times you want to write em - am/pm/setback Write em in first person and attach gratitude to it - starts the creation process. In 2007 I did 2 things. 1 got sober and 2, I started writing “I am so happy and grateful to be living in a rustic seafaring home on the water on the central coast of california and to make this possible I’m going to get in front of 8 prospects, demo my product to 6 of them, present 4 written proposals and get 2 sales” Guess where I live? Moved in in 2013.
THIS HAS TO GET YOU EXCITED. If the goals you’re writing down do not get you JACKED, they’re not big enough. Now you then need to tie these life goals and dreams to measurable daily actions so that when you go to work, you’re there on purpose. Don’t just “show up” Show up on purpose and start taking action.
If you’re deciding to EXPAND, what number do you want to be at? Which one is the most dangerous?
Now, you’re daily expansion massive action activities need to be centered on solving these 3 problems...
Obscurity: If no one knows they can’t buy from you (when Barnum started, he had NOBODY coming to his show)
Uncertainty: You’re not 100% convinced your the solution (Barnum was certain it was going to work, he wasn’t caught up in details)
CARDONE-ISM: Commit first, figure the rest out later!
Persistence: Have to do this every day. Push, Hustle, Grind… on purpose.
HOW WILL YOU KNOW YOU’RE AT THE RIGHT LEVEL OF ACTION?
Having Success means you must, in this order get the following: Attention [get out of obscurity] , Criticism, Haters [look, not everyone’s gonna get on your side - Jesus Christ and Donald Trump. Not comparing the two - just that both these guys have worked this formula very well] THEN Admiration.
READ THE LYRICS - Is chiropractic the solution? SO when we start looking at the daily activities we have tied to these big fat juicy goals and dreams, we may start hearing some sharp words. They may come from the little voice in our head, family, friends, co workers. Do not apologize. Respond by taking more action and more action means creating bigger, newer problems… Higher tax bracket. Who wants that problem? Overbooked? Who wants that problem? Too many cleints or not enough? Which problem you want?
If your church needed a new roof, wouldn’t you like to be the guy that strokes a check for the roof? Increase your sales = Help more people. Increase profits = help more people. Expand market share = help more people. Then the question becomes: What do you NOT know about increasing sales, profit and market share? What do you DO to get better everyday?
[READ LYRICS] College theatre professor - opening night West Side Story - we KILLED IT - he calls an “emergency meeting” told us “BE PROUD - but never satisfied” READ THE LYRICS] why never enough? Because we are expanding
Are you committed? To spreading the “gospel” of chiropractic? Can I get an AMEN??
That’s a decision. It’s expansion.
My job is to help you know more. About getting out of obscurity. Being even more certain and persistent. About creating more sales being more profitable.
You have to re-commit everyday to being your best and decide to getting better everyday not only as a doctor but as a business owner, team leader, professional, human and as a spiritual being.
I can help with that, if you’ll let me. Cardone University is the #1 business and personal development tool in the galaxy and you have 7 days free access w/ you name on it. ALL SING: Row Row Row Your Boat… THANK YOU VERY MUCH - YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!!
