4. DEFINITION
 The prostate is a gland that is a part of the male reproductive
system that wraps around the male urethra near the bladder. The
gland is about the size of a walnut and grows larger as you age.

 Reduce fat intake. Eat less trans fats and saturated fats.
 Eat more fruits such as banana and vegetables.
 Avoid; Red meat and processed meat lean poultry, like skinless
turkey or chicken ,canned fish, such as tuna, salmon, or sardines.
 Beans and legumes.
 Avoid stress and go on periodic check up.
 Drinking green tea.
 Water therapy and exercise.

 The prostate gland is very important in the male organ
and needs to be preserved to enable it to function well. It
