3. Events
• VIP Preview Reception – Thursday 12 July 17:00 -18:00
• Prize Giving – Thursday 12 July 18:00 – 18:30
• Private View – Thursday 12 July 18:00 – 21:00
N.B Facebook Events – We have created a Facebook event for the show please use this event to
invite friends, do not create multiple different unofficial events as this causes confusion and often
incorrect information is shared.
4. Events
• Security – bag searches will be in operation during degree show events, this includes search on
re-entry.
• Alcohol – There will be a paid bar during PV, any open containers of alcohol will be confiscated
on entry and there will be a limit per person of closed alcohol that can be brought into the event.
• Capacity– the PV event is open to all, there are no tickets it will be first come first serve. Once
the building reaches capacity we will operate on one in one out.
• Curfew – The building will close at 21:00 on PV night, last entry will be 20:45, the security team
will start sweeping the building from this point onwards. Please ensure you are in your spaces by
20:45 to shut down any equipment.
5. Arts Sales
• There is not a designated arts sales team.
• All sales are the responsibility of the student including payment, collection and delivery.
• We are unable to facilitate any payments in college.
• Main reception will hold a master price list which will be generated from the labelling
information you provide.
• If work is not submitted to the labelling survey, we will not be able to take any enquiries
on your behalf.
6. Arts Sales
• Between 09:00 – 17:00 Mon-Fri Gina Lampen on Reception will take the details of any
interested buyers and pass their details directly onto the relevant student.
• After 17:00 and during weekends it will be the responsibility of the invigilation team to
capture sales enquiries. A URL link to a form will be provided so you can easily capture the
details on your phone, tablet or laptop. This information will go straight to the main database
and Gina will pass this on to the relevant student the next working day.
• During the PV we will have a designated Arts Sales desk where enquires will be taken.
• Please check your emails on daily basis.
7. Promotion
• The promotional print will is available from Main Reception and Marketing Office
for you to share with friends and contacts
• We have a database of contacts who we invite to the show and deliver flyers and
promotional materials to
• All local businesses in the Camberwell and Peckham area receive a flyer drop
• Our immediate neighbours also receive flyers
• If you work somewhere or have access to to a place where flyers could be
distributed please let us know.
8. Signage & Maps
All signage for the show will be provided
including banners on railings and directional
signage around the show.
There will also be general maps of the show
available from main reception – these won’t
have details of names just the general show
spaces for each course.

10. Blog Content
• INTERVIEW: This is a standard interview piece, we will send you questions to answer as fully as
possible.
• PROJECTS: A takeover style which allows you to write about a project and your practice, in a
style that suits you. It could be image led or journal style for example. It’s up to you!
• PROCESS: A blog about process, how you go about making something, or how you work in your
studio, it can be a step by step guide.
• PRACTICE: An overview of your creative practice and development
• NEWS: This is a news based blog piece that focuses, usually, on a particular event.
11. Get Involved
Instagram Takeovers: @camberwellual
We can loan out Camberwell’s Instagram to you for up to two days to post about your work, a particular
process you are undertaking, or for a part of the show, like Private View or Friends and Family day.
YouTube: artslondoncamberwell
We can post your videos and animations about your work, a particular process you are undertaking, or
for a part of the show on Camberwell YouTube channel.
