2. Question 1: How old are you
The first question we asked was ‘how
old are you?’ from our results we can
see that the everyone who answered
were either 17-18. from this we now
know that the main character in our
music video should be a younger
people because it means the viewers
are more able to relate to it.
3. Question 2: What gender are you?
The second question we asked was
‘what gender are you?’ by asking this
question it made it clear to us who
was answering the survey and
therefore what gender would be
more likely to be a member of our
target audience, in this case it was
girls. This is good for us because the
singer of the song is a girl so we
decided to choose a female actor for
our music video.
4. Question 3: What music do you like to listen
to?
The third question we asked was
‘what music do you like to listen to’
from our results I can see that the
majority of people enjoyed watching
pop. This will be really useful to my
group because from the previous
question the majority of gender the
answered was female, and the most
popular music genre was pop and
our idea for our music video was a
pop song with a female singer
5. Question 4: What platform do you listen to
music on?
On our forth question we go a variety of
different answers when it came to what
platform people listen to music on.
People are still using youtube quite a lot
to listen to music where you can also
watch the music video aswell, however
people are now streaming their music
and not watching the videos, so we will
make sure our video is interesting
enough so people want to listen and
watch it at the same time
6. Question 5: How would you rank these
locations on the most appealing.
On this question we also got a
range of answers., the highest voted
one was in a city, this is where we
have planned to film part of our
music video because its going to be
a place where there is lots of people
and will make the music video more
interesting to watch
7. Question 6: What would you like to see in a
current music video?
For this question the most popular
choice was special effects, although
me and my group haven’t spoke
about adding special effects this
could be something we incorporate in
our music video so its more
appealing to the viewers, we also
planned to add dance routines so by
people choosing that we know it
would be something they enjoy
watching
