There are mainly 2 types of questionnaire -open and
closed
OPEN QUESTION:
Here they allow the participants to answer the questions on their own
and let them answer through their personal experiences.
Open questions are used to get more specific details and personal
opinion which tends to make it more time consuming .

4. CLOSED QUESTION:
Here the participants are only required to answer in short phrases
and do not require to elaborate it.
Closed questions can be answered from multiple choice question or
however the participant chooses to answer,making it quick and
simple;not allowing for a detailed insight.
