Independent Consultant MidCity Cellular 08/2007– 02/2011
 Establish all sales goals, expectations and results
 Responsible for all staff training and supervision of escalated issues
 Perform as liaison to corporate sales managers and take on role of General Manager to multiple
store fronts during all day-to-day operations, including but not limited to personnel, payroll, accounts
payable and accounts receivable.
Finance Manager, Product Management At&t Wireless 01/1988-08/2007
 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, inventory control, shipping and receiving, personnel, IT
support, budget, workflow, account management, customer service, accounts payable and product
support.
 Directly accountable for all elements of inventory, shipping and receiving and its relevance in the work
place to effectively meet the needs of major distribution centers, retail operations as well as directly to
end users.
 Began career with a department of four employees. Managed unionized staff with multiple product
management for a two state region including Illinois and Wisconsin. Staff sizes ranged up to 4 direct
and 28 indirect reports in various capacities. Consistently managed sales volumes in excess of $15
million per month for nineteen years.
 Monthly reconciliation of inventory within .5% margins to the general ledger on physical inventories
that often exceeds 10 million dollars.
 Primary contact for end-user support on multiple Inventory distribution system as well as Microsoft
applications, Excel and Word.
 Maintain payroll/attendance records for 32 plus employees.
 Facilitated consolidation processes to establish warehouse organization that reduced space needs for
an estimated 10 years. Implementation of horizontal carousel for organizational need and to reduce
the loss of inventory.
 Established fundamentals of inventory of prepaid cellular cards that immediately impacted the
business in revenue to the company of over 30 million dollars the first year.
 Directly handle or oversee all purchases made to the warehouse and office related to supplies
necessaryto all shipping and receiving functions. Established all negotiations for purchase of shipping
cartons and void fill applications where these negotiations saved the company $10,000 per year.
 Negotiated pricing on distribution for a telesales undertaking that saved the company approximately
$500,000 annually in shipping costs
