CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Katanga
• Identified, created and implemented an innovative solution for
insufficient ore supply to Mills due to seasonal complications, by
designing and fabricating new feeder chutes to raise the feeder by 5
degrees. This increased throughput to 600 tph.
Tarkwa
• Investigated low throughput and upgraded the primary Svedala crusher
from 42-52 to 50-65 plus replaced belt feeder to an apron feeder,
thereby reducing down time, blockages and increasing throughput.
• Incline conveyor drive gearbox failure due to overloading and poor
design was upgraded from a single drive to a dual drive thereby
reducing gearbox failure and down time
