outages, on behalf of customers. Provided more accurate answers boosting customer

force. Collaborated and conference-called with carrier to reinstate services within eight
hours. Notified by CEO of personal client letter received, exceeding customer services.
 Coordinated teams to identify complicated Tier III support function in circuit commands.
Resolved issue after hours of testing, discovering a switch with the latest software
communication driver that needed to be set back to a previous version.
 Delivered complex technical solution for new product launch more than a week earlier
than projected. Original prototype suggested delivery was twice the time quoted by the
sales force. Created series of methods to support product launch and production QA
testing for all business class customers.

 Brought migration code project back on schedule, by working with a company partner
who was at risk of being late with data. Consultant was struggling with lack of support for
documentation necessary to complete tasks. Directed code test to verify results and
ensured on-time delivery.
 Created reports in record time to allow another department access to the database
server. Determined requirements and appropriate filters and generated report access
within approximately 10 minutes. Received accolades.
 Implemented critical phone access on 9/11. Failed switch in one of the WTC towers was
connecting calls prior to collapse, which was eminent. Started NextGen application,
provisioned equipment to ports and cabled a new connection to accept all AT&T traffic.
Freed up jammed lines and relieved excessive phone traffic.
