Lead the Delivery IT Department in Business Processes by ensuring that system administrators remained
focused on project tasks, maintaining projected milestones and budgets. Planned and oversaw completion of
diverse IT projects in diverse locations. Instituted processes and procedures to align the IT strategies with
corporate goals. Liaised with cross functional teams while heading the IT project team in all project lifecycles.
Responsible for creating IT services which are both fit for purpose and fit for use.
Lead the Delivery IT Department in Technology which was responsible for the administration of Novell and
Windows servers including Oracle and Microsoft SQL environments. Was decision maker on all IT hardware
including SQL, file, and application servers. Responsible for delivering infrastructure that was NASPO compliant. .
Was responsible for troubleshooting and remediation of issues related to Active Directory, network, and server
hardware both in lab and production environments. Establish procedures following best practices guidelines.

 Developed procedures conforming with a company shift to Six Sigma which lead to re-engineering how the
company purchased software; negotiating a savings of $450,000 in year one and a projected $5,000,000
