Completes weekly and monthly deadlines to make sure that all Human Resource, Real Estate, and grant billing is
done correctly and to the department head’s standards.
1 Receives information from Human Resources and Real Estate to process billing, creating and mailing out
invoices, monitors when payments have been received, and checking the aging report in SAP to see who is
past due and notifying the correct department.
2 In charge of reconciling/analyzing 19 General Ledger accounts on a monthly or weekly basis.
