ARCA, is a multinational company with R&D based in Ivrea (Italy) and specialized in electro-mechanical devices for the automatic processing of banknotes. The company comes from a geographic area strongly linked to the tradition of Olivetti. While this has allowed the development of culture mainly focused on innovation and technology it also pushed to a strong local labor conception. ARCA promoted a transformation to Agile and Scrum for Hardware, to improve its capabilities to effectively respond to change . The aim of the presentation is to provide an image of the company's evolution, the difficulties encountered along the way, the improvements, successes and setbacks.
