2. Scope of Responsibilities
 Develop and oversee the implementation of objectives,
procedures, and performance standards to improve clinical
practice and enhance professional growth.
 Provide oversight for 300+ FTEs across Pediatrics, ED, Med /
Surg, and Urgent Care.
 Position Reports to the CNO.

5. Qualifications and Requirements
 BSN and MSN or a Master’s in a healthcare discipline required.
 A minimum of 5 years nursing experience.
 A minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership required in emergency
services / urgent care, med / surg, pediatrics, or NICU.
