experience coordinating and supervising the day to day work of trade contractors to ensure quality, safe and
timely completion of projects. My daily responsibilities include interfacing with other trades and resolving
trade contractor construction problems on multiple projects simultaneously with shifting priorities.
Subsequently I have a comprehensive knowledge of project financial cost controls, worksite safety practices
and regulatory compliances from project start-up to completion within crucial timelines and very difficult

-coordinating, directing and supervising trades contractors
-conducting site inspections and monitoring trade contractors to ensure
compliance of project safety programs and efficient use of materials and
equipment
-assuming responsibility for productivity of trades and contractual performance
of the project
-ensuring assigned trade contractor complies with requirements relating to
materials quality, testing and inspection of work
-resolving any project concerns or construction deficiencies

efficiently within changing work environments and critical timelines.
Additionally, I have sound leadership, communication, organization, strategic planning, prioritizing, multi-
tasking and detail oriented skills, combined with solid supervisory, problem solving, dispute resolution,
