Key Accountabilities
Pharmacy Management
 Dispensing the medicines to the patients as per prescription,inventory management,arrangingmedicine in
the Pharmacy which is in demand on regular basis.
 Arranging raw and packaging material, carrying out on line inspection, maintaining batch production
records, production process monitoring strictly following the WHO-GMP guidelines, quality management
and finished goods handling.
 Maintaining proper drugs storage, rack layout, cold chain, refrigeration & upkeep of the pharmacy.
 Greeting the customers, keep eye - contact & provide good customer service.
 Receiving prescription or prescription refills and attending to prescriptions send by call center.
 Counting & retrieving tablets and items from rack & pack them.
 Providing information on dosage and usage of medicines to customers as per requirement and generating
bill and maintain cash counter.
 Informing about appropriate substitute of unavailable drug and confirm with the customer"s referring
physician telephonically.

Warehouse Operations
 Planning and monitoring warehouse/store operations of receipt, storage, return of unsold stock, inventory
control and monitoring.
 Controlling pilferage & damage in Warehouse/Store by monitoring and controlling stock built up in
damage & expiry section.
 Handling report generation of day to day basis for all relevant operation and informing the management
