understanding of the business situation and goals

■■ The online assessment tool uses a simple
questionnaire that is effective for both
prospective and current workers in

with information on the individual’s
‘fit’ against competencies and the
behavioural drivers to deliver quality care

■■ Group assessment and/or individual
interview
■■ These steps are aligned with the client’s
individual values and requirements. We
also ensure that potential team members
