4. Outlook Integration Updates
 New Salesforce Outlook Side Panel (previously in
Beta) now generally available.
 The Salesforce for Outlook Side Panel lets you view
opportunities and activities, and associate emails to an
opportunity, contact account etc right from Outlook.
 Just click, and the Side Panel will take you right to the
information you need in Salesforce, without signing
in.
