what you all may be thinking: "why Hawaii?"
Well, I can tell you out of personal experience of being there that it definitely had its share of pros and cons.Hawaii definitely should be considered a

Informative Speech On Child Development
For my informative speech, I wanted to pick a topic that I was familiar with but also wanted to know more about. I came to the conclusion to do my
speech over child development. I thought it would be interesting because I am taking a class over child development and my future career is going to
be early childhood education and elementary education. (Q.1.) The specific purpose of my speech was to teach my audience what child development is
and the three components of child development. I think I did well teaching my audience child development because I clearly stated the three
components, I established credibility, and made it relatable to my audience. Everyone has been through child development, if you have not been then
you would still be an infant. (Q.2.) In comparison to my demonstration speech, I believe the introduction to my informative speech was much
stronger, because I told a story instead of asking a question. My story allowed for my audience to have a mental picture of what I was talking about.
How I related child development to my audience was much more effective in my informative speech than my demonstration speech. In my
demonstration speech, not everyone raised their hand when I asked my question. In my informative speech, I related it to my audience by saying
everyone has went through child development. I felt more confident in my informative speech because I practiced many times in front of my family
and friends. I got marked points off for being too read–y in my demonstration speech, so for my informative speech I worked on not memorizing the
whole thing. By not memorizing my informative speech I felt more confident while presenting. (Q.3.) My oral citations helped my credibility of my
informative speech. My oral citations supported my facts so my audience knew I was telling the truth. All of my citations were used to define child
development and the three components. I wanted my audience to know all the proper definitions because they are not familiar with the topic of child
development. I used four oral citations in my informative speech. Two were authors and the other two were websites. These oral citations provided my
audience with all the correct information about

Topic: How to improve your mental health as a student?
Introduction: (Inform the students how this topic is relevant to them)
I chose this topic because I wanted to focus on a matter that is relevant to the audience in order for them to be interested. Also, I wanted the audience to
learn something new that they could apply to their lives currently.
Many students pay less attention to various aspects of their physical and social life during university because of the academic pressure they go through.
Eventually this builds up and leads to a lot of thinking and mental anxiety for the student which in return can affect their academic performance.
Therefore, it is essentially important for every student to be aware of the steps they can do in order to improve their mental health which leads to a
better life style and academic performance. These steps include:
Believe in yourself: is one of the most important elements for success. You should believe that you can do it and always work hard and never give
up. Even in the most pressured times of the semester always try and you will be surprised at the end of how much you can achieve if you always try
and never give up.
Eat healthy: Good food equals good mood. Eat healthy, I...show more content...
Always seek advice from your loved ones and support, tell them about your pressure because you will feel relieved. Do not just keep thinking
about things alone because eventually it will cause mental anxiety or depression and both will lead to a lot of problems. Therefore, always have
some time to socialize with people because we are human beings and we are alive to socialize with others. Also, people can sometimes give you
advice that would really help you and comfort your mind. Furthermore, if you do not have those loving people in your life than seek to find ones, join
clubs and support

Informative Speech On Anxiety
Anxiety is one of the most common illnesses in America. Your palms can get sweaty, you get nervous and your blood pressure can increase. Some
students can go through anxiety every day just by having to go to school or present in class like I am now. I am presenting a speech in front of a
decent size class some of who I am familiar with and some of you who I barely know so that can be a bit scary and nerve racking.
I will discuss what Anxiety is, how to diagnose it, and also how to treat it. It is very common and I'm pretty sure most of you know basically what it is.
But just in case I will go over the main important things to know about Anxiety. According to the National Institute of Mental Health, anxiety disorders
involve more than temporary worry or fear. For a person with an anxiety disorder, the anxiety does not go away and can get worse over time. The
feelings can interfere with daily activities such as job performance, school work, and relationships. There are several different types of anxiety
disorders. Examples include generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and social anxiety disorder. According to the American psychological
association, Anxiety is an emotion characterized by feelings of tension, worried thoughts, and invisible changes like increased blood pressure. You
can have OCD, phobias, panic attacks, and PTSD. OCD is basically anxiety that takes the form of obsessions and compulsions. I know many of you

Informative Essay On Education
Informative Analysis Essay In today's world, education has taken center stage and is considered to be the focal point for success and prosperity in
one's future. Education while previously thought to not be important and was not necessarily required, has taken a complete 180 and has gained the
attention of many professionals and experts in several areas and fields (Hanford, "The Value of a College Degree"). Many questions people ask are if
education as a whole has taken a decline in value, or whether or not people should still undertake a post–secondary education with all of the costs
associated with it. What was once thought to be a surefire way to guarantee a solid future has turned into the target of debate as of late. Many people
side with the continued thought that college is worth it, but others are turning heads at the thought of going to college to try for a better future (Tierney
"AMERICAN HIGHER EDUCATION: How Does It Measure Up for the 21st Century?"). While many experts and activists in the field of education,
as well as those outside education, share universal ground over the ideas of obtaining a "worthwhile" education and the outcome of a better future
based on the education one receives, they have not acquired a complete agreement about if college is worth pursuing in relation to the costs that
accompany it, how much education is enough in today's world and if it is important to even possess a degree. Over the last 100 or so years, the price

Informative Speech Outline General Purpose: To inform the audience about the importance of art Specific Purpose: To inform the audience about the
importance of art in the society by stating the impact of art on the society through history, in a cultural point of view, and as a way to convey a message
I. Introduction A. Attention Getter: Art is something that could be defined in many ways. It is something created by humans to affect feelings,
emotions, and intellects. According to Aristotle: "Art completes what nature cannot bring to finish. The artist gives us knowledge of nature's unrealized
ends." (http://quote.robertgenn.com/auth_search.php?name=Aristotle) B. Reason To Listen: Everyone has been impacted by art...show more content...
Artists switched to a new representation of the world by creating more abstract figures. i. [Slide] The first painting was by Vincent Van Gogh in
1889 named The Starry Night. This painting shows how the artist, during the modern art era, changed the way to conceive art by painting the world
in an unrealistic way. ii. [Slide] The second painting is part of the Contemporary period that began after the Second World War. It was made by
Andy Warhol in 1967 and named Marilyn. [Blank Slide] iii. Those periods are quite similar regarding style. Indeed, those periods signed a rupture
with the renaissance by making art unrealistic. B. Art as Symbol of a culture: As seen previously, art evolved and changed through history. However, it
didn't change only through the centuries but as well art changed according to the culture. Art is represented differently and has various criteria in every
culture. 1. Europe: Even within the European culture, art is different in each civilization such as the Greek or the Egyptian art, but during the
renaissance, European art started to be more homogenous in the style. i. [Slide] This painting was made by Renoir in 1881 and named Luncheon of
the Boating Party. It shows people having a lunch in France. The painting shows the culture's clothing and quotidian life. [Blank Slide] 2. The

They are as easy as enforcing better laws and regulations. "Livestock production relies heavily on antimicrobials, hormones, and a variety of other
pharmaceuticals. A number of concerns have been raised about these developments, including the presence of drug residues in meat and the impact
of these production techniques on animal welfare" (Schneider). Today many people are confused as to why there are not a lot stricter and enforced
rules being taken into play when it comes to our health and the environment. Even though there are many rules and regulation put into place by the
FDA it is a possibility that there are so many underlying rules and regulations put into place and it is hard for these companies to keep up with
them. There needs to be a strict and a laid out set of rules that are easy to follow and that are not being changed and modified daily. These laws and
regulations are more likely to be changed if more attention was brought to this issue. Attention could be brought to the public by more media such as
social media, television, newspapers, etc. By bringing attention to this matter people will want to become more educated about the topic and what they
can do to help prevent this type of behavior. "Each year an estimated 5,000 Americans die and another 77 million get sick from disease producing
agents in the food they eat" (Sifry). These numbers show how undereducated people are about the risks buying

The effects of social media on human behavior: An Informative Essay
Communication varied in form and method since the beginning of civilization. However, since technology was used for the exchange of information,
many different technological platforms were created and this has had an effect on communication itself. For example, social media revolutionized
human communication in an irrevocable way. In the 21st century, social media is playing an important role in our community. Through social
media we communicate, we share, we have fun and we can even work every day with people all around the world. But, as social media is growing
and becoming essential, the only thing we started caring about is likes, followers, showing off, and feeding our virtual life, even if it's fake. This
topic seems relevant and highly important in a time where technology is becoming essential and vital for our everyday life. Social media serves as a
way of exposing people's day to day events, even the most trivial ones, and we have come to a point where this obsession for posting everything has
exceeded any type of existent limit flirting with the line that distinguishes social media as an art and a vice. To what extent is this addiction carrying
humanity in the right direction?
The effects of social media are mainly affecting kids, teens and young adults. Over the last years, we became aware of the consequences and
problems the use of social media brings. For example, cyberbullying is a main issue as people may take advantage of being behind a screen to say
things they would not say in person. Moreover, social media may be seen as a waste of time because we tend to spend the whole day using these
platforms instead of make the most of our time. In fact, sitting down all day is not healthy and it may bring severe future problems such as diabetes
and obesity. Furthermore, with social media we can even learn other's life story and the things they like by looking at their profiles. This may be
dangerous as people with evil intentions have access to this information too.
People believe and know social media has both, positive and negative effects on human behavior. In order to prove this, I asked my classmates whether
social media has

The definition essay is the most basic form of an informative essay. Its goal is to simply provide an explanation. Informative essays that define
provide their explanation using one of three methods: They can use synonyms to explain what the new term is similar to, categories to help the reader
see where the term fits in compared to others, or negation to allow the reader to understand the term by seeing what it isn't. In addition to the three
methods, there are several ways you can organize an informative essay that provides a definition. The most important thing is to present them in a
logical order that makes sense, and there's not one method that's best in every case. Some organization schemes you might consider include presenting

Transition to 1st main point: First, let's talk about the anticancer properties that are found in certain teas. ll. Body A.To talk about the heath benefits that tea provides you first need to know what kinds of teas there are, because they all help our bodies in different ways. 1.In the article "Types of Teas and Their Health Benefits" from WebMD" it is noted that although there are many brews of tea, purist really only deem green tea. Black tea, white tea, and oolong tea as authentic. 2.These all come from a shrub indigenous in China and Canada, called the camellia silences plant. According to WebMD they hold special antioxidants called flavonoids. 3.ECGC is the most potent of flavonoids, and it helps fight against free radicals. • 3. Informative Speech About Hawaii Hawaii is a melting pot of multi–ethnic cultural societies, various landscapes such as beaches and volcanoes, and unique food like no other. I know what you all may be thinking: "why Hawaii?" Well, I can tell you out of personal experience of being there that it definitely had its share of pros and cons.Hawaii definitely should be considered a vacation opportunity on your bucket list and I am here to provide you reasons to why you should go and experience this wonderful island. I. The reason why Hawaii is an enjoyable place to visit is because of its steady weather patterns, its abundant multi–racial culture, and its spirited civilians. I. When programming a vacation, one affair most travelers look for is good weather. The good news is that Hawaii has some of the best weather anywhere in the world. While the islands have a dryer season which is summer in this case and a wetter season which is winter in this case, the temperature remains relatively steady throughout the whole year. While rainwater showers keep the islands fresh and luscious, every island has an area where the sunlight effulgence almost every twenty–four hour period of the year. When the business deal winds are blowing, the cool breezes make for a perfect day in nirvana. II. While every vacation destination has a few masses who don't like visitors, Hawaii has fewer than most vacation destinations. Part of the ground is that tourists are the major "diligence" in Hawaii and almost every family has Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 4. Informative Speech On Child Development For my informative speech, I wanted to pick a topic that I was familiar with but also wanted to know more about. I came to the conclusion to do my speech over child development. I thought it would be interesting because I am taking a class over child development and my future career is going to be early childhood education and elementary education. (Q.1.) The specific purpose of my speech was to teach my audience what child development is and the three components of child development. I think I did well teaching my audience child development because I clearly stated the three components, I established credibility, and made it relatable to my audience. Everyone has been through child development, if you have not been then you would still be an infant. (Q.2.) In comparison to my demonstration speech, I believe the introduction to my informative speech was much stronger, because I told a story instead of asking a question. My story allowed for my audience to have a mental picture of what I was talking about. How I related child development to my audience was much more effective in my informative speech than my demonstration speech. In my demonstration speech, not everyone raised their hand when I asked my question. In my informative speech, I related it to my audience by saying everyone has went through child development. I felt more confident in my informative speech because I practiced many times in front of my family and friends. I got marked points off for being too read–y in my demonstration speech, so for my informative speech I worked on not memorizing the whole thing. By not memorizing my informative speech I felt more confident while presenting. (Q.3.) My oral citations helped my credibility of my informative speech. My oral citations supported my facts so my audience knew I was telling the truth. All of my citations were used to define child development and the three components. I wanted my audience to know all the proper definitions because they are not familiar with the topic of child development. I used four oral citations in my informative speech. Two were authors and the other two were websites. These oral citations provided my audience with all the correct information about Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 5. Mental Health Informative Speech Informative speech outline Topic: How to improve your mental health as a student? Introduction: (Inform the students how this topic is relevant to them) I chose this topic because I wanted to focus on a matter that is relevant to the audience in order for them to be interested. Also, I wanted the audience to learn something new that they could apply to their lives currently. Many students pay less attention to various aspects of their physical and social life during university because of the academic pressure they go through. Eventually this builds up and leads to a lot of thinking and mental anxiety for the student which in return can affect their academic performance. Therefore, it is essentially important for every student to be aware of the steps they can do in order to improve their mental health which leads to a better life style and academic performance. These steps include: Believe in yourself: is one of the most important elements for success. You should believe that you can do it and always work hard and never give up. Even in the most pressured times of the semester always try and you will be surprised at the end of how much you can achieve if you always try and never give up. Eat healthy: Good food equals good mood. Eat healthy, I...show more content... Always seek advice from your loved ones and support, tell them about your pressure because you will feel relieved. Do not just keep thinking about things alone because eventually it will cause mental anxiety or depression and both will lead to a lot of problems. Therefore, always have some time to socialize with people because we are human beings and we are alive to socialize with others. Also, people can sometimes give you advice that would really help you and comfort your mind. Furthermore, if you do not have those loving people in your life than seek to find ones, join clubs and support Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 6. Informative Speech On Anxiety Anxiety is one of the most common illnesses in America. Your palms can get sweaty, you get nervous and your blood pressure can increase. Some students can go through anxiety every day just by having to go to school or present in class like I am now. I am presenting a speech in front of a decent size class some of who I am familiar with and some of you who I barely know so that can be a bit scary and nerve racking. I will discuss what Anxiety is, how to diagnose it, and also how to treat it. It is very common and I'm pretty sure most of you know basically what it is. But just in case I will go over the main important things to know about Anxiety. According to the National Institute of Mental Health, anxiety disorders involve more than temporary worry or fear. For a person with an anxiety disorder, the anxiety does not go away and can get worse over time. The feelings can interfere with daily activities such as job performance, school work, and relationships. There are several different types of anxiety disorders. Examples include generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and social anxiety disorder. According to the American psychological association, Anxiety is an emotion characterized by feelings of tension, worried thoughts, and invisible changes like increased blood pressure. You can have OCD, phobias, panic attacks, and PTSD. OCD is basically anxiety that takes the form of obsessions and compulsions. Primarily, their environment–friendliness and low carbon emissions are emphasized as the main advantages. • 8. Informative Essay On Education Informative Analysis Essay In today's world, education has taken center stage and is considered to be the focal point for success and prosperity in one's future. Education while previously thought to not be important and was not necessarily required, has taken a complete 180 and has gained the attention of many professionals and experts in several areas and fields (Hanford, "The Value of a College Degree"). Many questions people ask are if education as a whole has taken a decline in value, or whether or not people should still undertake a post–secondary education with all of the costs associated with it. What was once thought to be a surefire way to guarantee a solid future has turned into the target of debate as of late. Many people side with the continued thought that college is worth it, but others are turning heads at the thought of going to college to try for a better future (Tierney "AMERICAN HIGHER EDUCATION: How Does It Measure Up for the 21st Century?"). While many experts and activists in the field of education, as well as those outside education, share universal ground over the ideas of obtaining a "worthwhile" education and the outcome of a better future based on the education one receives, they have not acquired a complete agreement about if college is worth pursuing in relation to the costs that accompany it, how much education is enough in today's world and if it is important to even possess a degree. Informative Speech Importance of Art Essay Informative Speech Outline General Purpose: To inform the audience about the importance of art Specific Purpose: To inform the audience about the importance of art in the society by stating the impact of art on the society through history, in a cultural point of view, and as a way to convey a message I. Introduction A. Attention Getter: Art is something that could be defined in many ways. It is something created by humans to affect feelings, emotions, and intellects. This painting shows how the artist, during the modern art era, changed the way to conceive art by painting the world in an unrealistic way. ii. [Slide] The second painting is part of the Contemporary period that began after the Second World War. It was made by Andy Warhol in 1967 and named Marilyn. [Blank Slide] iii. Those periods are quite similar regarding style. Indeed, those periods signed a rupture with the renaissance by making art unrealistic. B. Art as Symbol of a culture: As seen previously, art evolved and changed through history. However, it didn't change only through the centuries but as well art changed according to the culture. Art is represented differently and has various criteria in every culture. 1. Europe: Even within the European culture, art is different in each civilization such as the Greek or the Egyptian art, but during the renaissance, European art started to be more homogenous in the style. i. Furthermore, with social media we can even learn other's life story and the things they like by looking at their profiles.
