2.  The brief I have decided on doing is a music video.
 I did consider doing a trailer and a short film as they were the
only other briefs that appealed to me.
 I have also decided to do it on my own so that I can use the
ideas that I want even though it will be harder work.
 I have watched a few different music videos that have mainly
focused on the video and have used some of these as ideas I
could use.

3.  Music Video
 Performance and Story. Artist performing but aside this, a story
is performed along side. Bands such as Nickelback do this well.
Considering whether to have a band or solo artist (depending on
the song). If a storyline goes along side the actor numbers could
increase depending on the story.
 Music sung by a less well known artist. Don’t want anything that
is hugely well known and want to try and broaden people’s
knowledge of artists.
 I do have the ability to contact some of the less well known
artists and gain feedback on what I can an can’t do. I can also
have some help from these ideas.

City Back Streets
Countryside

4.  Some ideas/current music videos appear difficult.
 Difficult to include things such as aerial shots and
may not have access to certain locations.
 Wouldn’t be able to use certain props such as cars.
 Obviously some artists may not allow for their
music to be used. However the artists I’m looking
at are more independent and welcome ideas from
fans.
 Natural problems such as weather.
