● Rolls must travel from point A to Point B
● Rolls must be maneuvered from horizontal to vertical or
vice versa

● Lifting without handles exponentially increases difficulty
● With handles, team lifting would still be needed due to
overwhelming weight
● Use of manpower can not eliminate twisting motion as
seen in unloading process

● During transition process:
o Roll is twisted into upright position
o Roll may or may not be located at proper distance
from body and floor
o Depending on where the roll is grabbed, it obeys the
additional height rule
o Handles are not present, making the lift much more
difficult
o Low frequency of lifts per day
