Work Experience
I have been working as a Technical Support Agent for Teleperformance Greece for Dell
support project since 2008. Then I moved to Teleperformance Egypt for the same position
from April 2010 to January 2012. My responsibilities include:
• Installing computer programs, hardware, software, or peripheral equipment with
necessary repairs;
• Conducting computer diagnostics to determine nature of problems;
• Using interpersonal communication techniques;
• Configuring computers in industrial or manufacturing setting;
• Understanding computer equipment operating manuals;
• Assisting co-workers with software problems;
• Testing computer programs or systems;
• Following design or installation specifications;
• Observing the daily performance of computer systems;
• Preparing evaluations of software or hardware, and recommending improvements or
upgrades;
2. • Acting as first line of support for providing technical assistance and support for RIH
employees;
• Testing, deploying, and training end users on internally developed software
applications;

accountant in many of the Red Sea hotels in Egypt.
