Personal Profile
I am a driven and motivated leader who has worked for ten years in the Occupational
Rehabilitation industry. I am motivated by a challenge where I know it will continue to grow
and develop me as a person but also thrive on being in a team culture where we are
working together to achieve great results and outcomes. Culture is extremely important for
me as a leader and change agent as I see it as a key to success not only as a team but as
an individual. As a leader I believe you cannot provide a great service if you don’t have a
happy team who want to go above and beyond for one another.
