2. Employment History
Continuous – I have always been a dedicated member of the St Vincent De Paul Society and am on the
weekly roster for home visits, for my local Richmond Chapter, which I greatly enjoy. Being able to assist
those who have called for support by means of providing food or clothing vouchers, or just being there for a
conversation has been very meaningful for me.

2014 – July 2016: focused primarily on extended family, while continuing to apply for jobs that are

2012 – 2013: Took a career break as I realised I had been working for over 20 years and had not really had

3. Completed a ‘manual handling task and assessment analyses’ of six food
manufacturing sites, this was designed to be used as an easy reference task
library, for supervisors, HR personnel and associated medical practitioners.
This was a return to work project

Allianz Prevention Services, Melbourne
Key member of Prevention Team advising employers who had placed their Workers’
Compensation Insurance with Allianz Australia. This role required interaction with a
broad spectrum of industry with a focus on the larger corporations, namely Health
and Community Services.

Conduct safety reviews and provide feedback to employers either via

Tailored training to employees on specific topics, i.e. psychological injury,
