Lesson objectives All learners will be able to: -Students develop their conversational skills in the
context of describing what they usually do at the weekend in a variety of
engaging and communicative activities.
Most learners will be able to: -Students start by completing the sentence
prompts to engage with the topic and then they identify different weekend
activities and notice linking patterns in the collocations.
Some learners will be able to: -There is also a focus on grammar that describes
persons likes and dislikes, going to + infinitive.
-Students then develop their listening skills by listening to some people talking
about their weekend routines and completing a comprehension task. They finish
with a final productive task to consolidate and use all the language from the
lesson.
