• Not as pure as the nucleus and breeder’s seeds
• Tag: White colour certificate
• Foundation seeds can be multiplied at stage 1 & 2
6. Registered Seed

• Produced by progressive formers or registered seed growers
according to technical advice and supervision provided by NSC
