GROUP's BUSINESS PROJECT MANAGER
As Group’s Business Project Manager You will bring in the project and project portfolio management competency, serve as key resource for new
project initiation, planning, execution, controlling and closing. Position is mission critical for continuous Group’s operations model improvements.
You will work under direct supervision of Group’s COO and in partnership with Group’s IT resources.
• Education – Bachelor Finance/ Information
Technology/ Telecommunications/ Engineering or
related,
• Experience – minimum 2-3 years of professional
work experience,
• Technical proficiency – MS Office programs,
PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project management
tools and software, scenario analysis,
• Proven track record – business process/ product
improvements, IT related projects, cross-functional
and international projects/ initiatives,
• Communication skills – dealing with
management, IT, peers, suppliers in a proactive
manner,
• Credibility – accurate, timely and reliable,
• Language – English (fluent).
• Project Management Strategy – develop and
maintain standardized project management
practice (initiation through closing),
• Project Portfolio Management – see with the
“bird’s eye” how the different projects fit and meet
Group’s goals. Lead the project/ portfolio
reporting, assessment and decision making,
• High pace – “hands on” on multiple projects, deal
with changing priorities and tasks in a structured
and timely manner,
• Organizing – take responsibility of project flow
and deadlines, organize/ involve people and
resources, take and define well informed and risk
averse actions,
• Lead/ suggest projects/ initiatives – support
opening of new markets, implementation of
finance and electronic document processing
management system, ERP, external risk
assessment tools etc.
