 Handles the Fault Management, Fault Troubleshooting & Alarm Management of Samsung eNodeB (RAN_LTE) using
LSMR for Reliance Jio Infocomm 4G (LTE) Telecommunication Network. & Cisco Access Points for Wi-Fi network.
 Health Check up of eNodeB for LTE Network, Prepare eNodeB visibility report & Fault Tracker of eNodeB faults on
daily basis.
 Hands-on experience of Samsung eNodeB Integration, Fault Troubleshooting & Alarm Troubleshooting.
 Installation and commissioning of Samsung eNodeB Hardware like, Digital Unit UAMA Card, L9CA Card, RRH

 Follow up with Quality control, Worst cell issues and KPI degradation issues.
 Define Field Maintenance overall priorities and work strategies based on main goals and priorities defined by
Management & Control.
 Troubleshoot Sleeping cells & other KPI related issues on high priority.
 Cooperation with TAC Technical Support regarding Network outages.
