Ubarana-UGG Project is executed by Global Industries and Technip under Petrobras contract and survey.
The Ubarana-UGG Project, includes people working from different and distant locations in Brazil as: Rio de
Janeiro, Macaé, Paracuru, Fortaleza, Mucuripe, Natal, Guamaré and on the Iroquois Vessel.
Veryfewexperiencedprofessionalsavailableonthe Brazilianmarket,operationinanisolated area and hard work
conditions were the great challenges during managing this almost 500 stakeholders project.
With a 200 people dedicated team for this project, our people were distributed on 30 onshore people and
achieved 180 offshore personnel working on a 14 x 14 days rotation, and occupied key operational positions as:

The conversion contract includes detailed engineering, installation
and integrationof 16 topside modules,installationof spreadmooring
and power generation systems and accommodations upgrades as
well as extensive piping and electrical cabling work.
On completion, Teekay Petrojarl Production AS will charter the unit
to Petrobras for nine years with options.
FPSOPetrojarl Cidade de Itajai willbe installed in approximately 277
meterswaterdepthonthe Tiro e SidonFieldoffshore Brazil.Itwill be
capable of processing at least 80,000 barrels of oil per day and 70.0
MMscfd of production gas, injecting more than 96,000 barrels of
water per day and storing 650,000 barrels of oil. In addition, the
FPSO is designed to remain on the field for up to 15 years without
dry docking.
FPSO Petrojarl Cidade de Itajai will be the twelfth major
FPSO/FPU/FSO/FDPSO conversion project that Sembcorp Marine's
shipyardshave undertakenforPetrobras,includingthe P-62,whichis
currently undergoing pre-FPSO conversion in Jurong Shipyard.

OOGTK required Aldelia to manage the of payroll and mobilization logistics for the FPSO Cidade de Itajaí pre-
operations team while working in Singapore as well as recruitment & head hunting.
Challenge
To coordinate the national recruitmentprocesstofindthe necessaryskilledpersonnel in Brazil. OOGTK struggled
to find such professionals in a booming market and requested assistance from Aldelia.
Solution
OOGTK engaged Aldelia to manage the recruitment process and control the full mobilization of personnel to
Singapore from start to finish, including VISA, accommodation and transportation.
Payback
Aldelia considered over 400 applications for the positions, finally selecting around 150 candidates for the
applicationof testsandtechnical interviews. At the end of the project, HRT and Aldelia selected 48 new talents.

Challenge
Very few available candidates on the market. The Client gave up working with our competitions because they
were not delivering enough quality candidates.
Solution
Modec engaged Aldelia exclusively for the recruitment of 85 positions.
Payback
85 employeeswere recruitedinthe course of 3 months. Modec received 3 CVs for each position within 6 weeks.
Aldelia coordinated the interview process as well as medical exams and references checks. The FPSO was fully
