5. Final scene
Fast forward to Christmas day, the
teenage boy is sitting by the tree waiting
to open gifts. His father walks towards

and hands it to him. The teenage boy
proceeds to open the gift and is overcome

wanting. The father and son embrace, he
can now live an authentic life. The purse
was a symbol of acceptance.
6. Inspiration
This commercial was created because
purses are for everyone and can be
worn by anyone. Our society puts
limits on our youth and creates a
negative stigma around being
yourself. TELFAR would have never
been created if Clemens didn’t
unapologetically embrace who he
was. This commercial tells a story of
many teenagers, this time we wanted
him to have a happy ending, sadly this
is not always the case. Our unisex
clothing line hopes to bring out the
confidence we all deserve.
