Nature of Job and responsibilities
1. Responsible for greeting incoming patients in a friendly and professional manner.
All patients should be greeted upon arrival with a smile.
Patients should be instructed to complete paperwork as defined in the TPA desk Manual.
Complete and accurate information should be obtained from the patient for billing and
Demographics purposes.
2. All incoming calls regarding Mediclaim, Corporate & RSBY should be answered in a friendly
and professional manner.
All Mediclaim & RSBY incoming calls should be answered before the third ring
Accurate information should be communicated to the caller in a customer oriented
manner.
Calls should be routed to the intended recipient timely and accurately.
3. TPA Patient counseling before the admission.
4. Provide the knowledge to patient & patient parties regarding Mediclaim rules, terms &
conditions.
5. Collect all TPA/ Mediclaim paper from the patient parties for further processing.
6. Documentations.
7. Fill the cashless form by treating doctor
