4. Solution for Temperature
Problem
• Ventilation is the best solution.
• The number of supply and exhaust fans should be such that the CFM
would be much enough to meet required air changes(40 per hour)and
to have a positive pressure(0.8 bar more than atmospheric pressure).

5. Block Diagrams
• There should be block diagrams well painted on the walls inside the
plant to understand the process in a better way e.g;

6. Tagging Of Lines
• Different lines in the plant for water, steam, product should be
properly tagged.
• According to A 13.1 article of ASME/ANSI standards for these stickers
are present.

8. Insulation of Hot Lines
• Mostly the insulation of hot lines in the plant in out of order or old
enough so new insulation should be done.
• The best suitable material for hot lines in the plant would be Mineral
Wool.

10. Transparency
• The motors of pumps should be transparent to viewer in order to
create ease for maintenance.
• There are many methods by which we can achieve this transparency
e.g., by making a section in covering and making this section
transparent.

13. Tools Cabinet
New tools cabinet with marks of tools. Tool cabinet present in the plant.

14. Treatment of Floor Tiles
• The floor tiles get contaminated due to chemicals used for different
processes and then dropped on floor.
• So best possible solution is regular treatment with detergents.

15. Tagging on equipments
• There are many untagged equipments in the plant so proper tagging
according to P&ID should be done.
