  9. 9. •  Lacquering  is  done  to  the  side  where  inside   content  will  be  in  contact.  This  creates  a  layer   doesn’t  allow  content  to  react  with  aluminum.   The  sheet  is  passed  through  oven  again  at  a   temperature  of  175  0C  for  12  minutes,  to   strengthen  the  lacquer  layer.     •  Sizing  of  aluminum  sheet  is  done  on  the   printable  side,  to  prepare  the  sheet  for  prin1ng   and  to  ensure  that  the  inks  and  coa1ng  adhere   with  the  sheet.  The  sheet  is  then  passed   through  the  oven  at  2100  C  temperature,  for  12   minutes.
