5. Flow to create a new shift
o Click on Add button to create a new
shift
 Create A New Shift
o Fill out details in the mandatory
column
o Set the standard timing for a new
shift
Click on ‘Add’ Icon
to enter the data o By click on update button, minutes
(mins) column are auto-compute
o By Click on Save button a new
shift will be create

information of existing shift
o In single click, User can select the
shift for the changes in existing
shift
o By click on save button, a shift is
active

7. SHIFT GROUP
CREATE a new Shift Group
ADD shifts in existing Shift Group

8. Flow to create a new shift group
o Click on Add button to create a new
shift group
 Create A New Shift Group
o Fill out detail the mandatory column
o Select the shift from grid
o Click on update button
o By Click on Save button a new shift
group formed
Save Notification display
Click on Add Icon to insert the
data
User can edit or delete the
update shift and Add more shift
in a particular shift group

9.  ADD shifts in existing shift group
Flow to Add shift in existing shift group
o Click on Search button, it display
shift template
o Type the shift group, in which user wants
to add more shifts or edit that particular
shift group
Save Notification display
o Select the shift from grid
o Click on update button, it show
updated shift in grid
o By Click on Save button a new shift
group formed
o Click on Add Icon

10. Admin User / Payroll User can

Based on Employee
IN Time system considered the nearest shift

Step to select employee(s) to assign the
shift :-
User choose all employee :
o Click on save button, display list of
employee
o At the time, User select all employee,
Filter (Search on) was disable
o From the list, user can choose all
employee or select the respective
employee(s)
User can select all the employee or use Filter
‘Search on’ for selected employee(s)

o By click on Show Existing button Selected
employee(s) data move in Shift, Weekly-
Off, Holiday Tabs

data in excel

Step to assign shift to respective

o By default, Shift radio button
already selected
o Select another shift from grid
o Set the w.e.f date from grid
o At time, user Click on update
button. Updated shift save

Step to assign shift group to respective
employee(s):-
o Firstly, Click on ‘Shift Group’
radio button
o Select another shift group from
grid
o Set the w.e.f date from grid
o At time, user Click on update

16.  FLOW TO ASSIGN SHIFT in Advance
Step to assign shift to respective
employee(s):-
o Click on Advance Tab
o Set w.e.f date from grid
o Choose rotation plan from grid
o Select frequency
o Click on New button, to enter data
o Enter data from grids to set a
rotational shift

17. Save Notification display
To Be Continue from previous slide
o After enter the data for rotational
shift
o Then, Click on ADD button. It
display a row with updated shift
o User can edit or delete the data
and also insert a new row of
shift
o Click on update button, it save
the user updated rotational shift

18.  RANGE (To set the time for the shift)
Step to assign shift to respective
employee(s):-
Save Notification display
o Click on Range Tab
o Set the duration of time (i.e., From –
To date)
User can choose the duration, either for
shift or shift group
o Click on update button to save the
updated data
o Choose the shift from grid

19. WEEKLY-OFF PLAN
 User can set weekly-off plan to respective
employee(s) according to ?????
 In Range, user can set the duration
(From – To Date) for the holiday set
defined to respective employee(s)
o 1,4th Saturday & all Sunday
o All Tuesday

20.  WEEKLY-OFF PLAN
Save Notification display
Step to assign weekly-off plan to respective
employee(s):-
o Select respective employee(s) and click
on show existing button
o In General, choose Weekly-Off Plan
from grid
o Set w.e.f date from grid
o By Click on update button, it save the
updated plan
o Click on Weekly-Off Plan Tab
User can export
data in excel

21. Step to assign weekly-off plan to
respective employee(s):-
o Click on Range Tab
o Set the duration of time (i.e., From –
To date)
o Select the weekly-off plan from grid
o Choose the shift from grid
o Click on update button
Save Notification display
 RANGE (To set the time for the weekly-off plan)

22. HOLIDAY SET
 User define holiday set to respective
employee(s) according to region where
he/ she located
 In Range, user can set the duration (From
– To Date) for the holiday set defined to
respective employee(s)

23.  HOLIDAY SET
Step to assign a holiday set to respective
employee(s):-
Save Notification display
Select respective employee(s) or already
employee
o Click on Holiday tab
o In General, choose Holiday Set from grid
o Set w.e.f date from grid
o By Click on update button, it save the
updated plan
User can export data in
excel

24.  HOLIDAY SET
