How to Set Up the Clock App
The Clock app allows you to set and view multiple time zones, the date, moon
phase, and access additional features including analog or digital display, and 12-
or 24-hour time modes.
To do this... Do this...
Open the Clock app From Home, tap Apps, and then tap
the Clock app.
Open the Clock app settings Tap Menu, and then tap Settings.
Set the time Time can be displayed in either analog
or digital modes. Analog displays a
12-hour clock, while digital displays in
either a 12-hour (AM/PM) or 24-hour
mode.
From Settings, tap Time. Select your
display choice by tapping either
Analog or Digital. Then enter the time
in the box. For Digital you can then
select 12-hour (AM/PM) or 24-hour
mode. Tap Save Changes.
Set the date From Settings, tap Date. A visible
calendar will appear. Use the left and
right arrows on top of the calendar to
scroll between months and years.
Under the correct month and year, tap
the Day. The date will then appear in
the lower box and this will be displayed
on the screen. Tap Save Changes.
Set moon phase From Settings, tap Moon, and then
select to display or not display the
moon phase by tapping Display moon
phase. Tap Save Changes.
Set time zones The clock will display your Home time
zone by default, and you can opt to
display a secondary time zone.
From Settings, tap Time Zones. Tap
the drop-down menu under Home time
zone, and then select your time zone
(e.g., Pacific Standard Time {PST}). If
you would like to display an additional
time zone, tap Secondary time zone.
Then tap the drop-down menu and
