1. In order to film in public places in the UK you need to get permission from the council or the local
authority as they are responsible for this land. If filming inside and establishment you would also
need the shop/establishments permission to show the shops name/trademark. You also need to
considerdefamationwhichiscausinganactionthat can damage the positive reputationof a person.
WhereasLibel ispublishingorreleasinga false document that can damage a persons reputation. IN
