Ensure learners to be grade level ready in
terms of literacy and numeracy.
Provide learners with strong skills
foundation enabling them to face life’s
challenges.
• Use of teaching strategies that will
promote literacy and numeracy.
• Promote positive school environment.
• Application of Positive Discipline in
everyday teaching (PDET) concept.
• Lessons are localized, gender-sensitive
and contextualized.
• Increased number of learners having
excellent academic achievement.
• Improved CRLA and Numeracy
Assessment Results.

Fiscal Responsibility
Properly allocate funds to identified Priority
Areas. Management of school budget,
resources, and sources of funds.
• Organize a team that will render
service and find time to prepare
financial documents, seek potential
donors and find ways for the school
to have other source of funds.
• Shows transparency in utilization of
funds.
• School PPAs are carried out
properly and is not MOOE
dependent.
• Liquidation reports are clear,
correct and submitted on time.
• Treasurer’s report is controversial
free.
